We offer a simple flat rate of $5 for all physical book orders. This covers packaging and delivery. Digital downloads do not require shipping, so they are always free to receive.

Yes, the Signed Hardcover version is available in limited quantities. Once they sell out, they may not be restocked.

Once your physical book ships, you may receive tracking information depending on the shipping method used. If tracking is available, it will be emailed to you automatically.
